Victor Ugbedeojo Onoja is a seasoned executive and technical leader with over 15 years of experience in the development, construction, operation, and management of large-scale power infrastructure projects across West Africa. With a proven track record of overseeing Independent Power Plants (IPPs) valued between $150 million and $300 million, Victor brings deep expertise in engineering, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of CENIT Energy Limited in Accra, Ghana, Victor leads the company’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment with board objectives while driving performance, innovation, and sustainable growth. Prior to this role, he held key technical leadership positions within CENIT, including Technical Director and Technical Manager, where he spearheaded the conversion of open-cycle gas turbines to a combined cycle plant and managed all technical and commercial operations of the company’s power assets.
Victor’s earlier roles include Project Manager at GTG Energy Limited, where he oversaw the design and commissioning of the 126 MW Tema CENIT Thermal Power Plant, and Service Manager at Turbine Power Systems, providing technical leadership for GE Frame 9E turbine installations across Nigeria.
He began his career as a Project Engineer (I&C) with Shandong Electric Power Construction Corporation, contributing to the development of a 750MW Combined Cycle Power Plant in Ogun State, Nigeria.
Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University and is a Registered Engineer with COREN and a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE). His professional development includes certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt & Black Belt), Electricity Economics, IPP Financial Analysis, and Executive Leadership Programs from globally recognized institutions.
With a passion for energy transformation and infrastructure development, Victor continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of power generation in West Africa.
Vivian Abena Osei Tutu is the Finance Director of CENIT Energy Limited and a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategic financial management. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial reporting, corporate financial strategy, treasury and investment management, and the implementation of sound financial controls that support CENIT’s overall business objectives.
Vivian joined CENIT in 2013 as the Financial Accountant and was later appointed Finance Director in recognition of her strong leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to financial excellence. Her contributions have been instrumental in shaping the company’s financial framework and long-term sustainability.
Before joining CENIT, Vivian served as the Admin/Finance Manager at Ghantrex Ghana Limited, a subsidiary of Aviance Ghana Limited. There, she led the establishment of the Admin and Finance departments and supported the company’s operations in cargo handling, freight forwarding, and airport ground services. Her earlier career includes audit and finance roles at Ben-Ackerson and Associates (Chartered Accountants) and internal audit experience at Japan Motors and Trading Company.
Vivian is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). She holds an Executive MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Management Development from the University of Stellenbosch Business School in South Africa.
Kate Agyeman Prempeh is a seasoned Human Resource Practitioner with over 15 years of progressive experience in human resource management across the energy, banking, and mining sectors. She has been serving as the Human Resource Manager at CENIT Energy Limited since March 2013, where she plays a key role in leading the company’s HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
Kate is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD – UK) and a member of the Institute of Human Resource Practitioners, Ghana (IHRMP). She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from Central University College.
Prior to joining CENIT Energy, Kate worked at Fidelity Bank (Ghana) Limited, where she held roles as Human Resource Officer and Direct Sales Administrator between 2006 and 2013. She also gained valuable experience at AngloGold Ashanti (Gold House), working in the Company Secretarial Department from 2005 to 2006.

Albert Ayirebi-Acquah is a finance and commercial executive with deep experience in financial management, risk governance, and business performance strategy. As Commercial Director at CENIT Energy Limited, he is responsible for driving the company’s commercial agenda—overseeing revenue strategy, contract management, customer engagement, and financial sustainability.
Albert began his career at Unilever, where he held progressive roles across Internal Audit, Risk Management, and as Finance Business Partner to multiple business units. These roles equipped him with a strong foundation in financial controls, enterprise risk, and commercial decision support—skills that now underpin his strategic leadership in the energy sector.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification. Albert brings a data-driven, results-oriented approach to his work, combining financial discipline with strategic foresight to help position CENIT for long-term value creation within Ghana’s dynamic power landscape.
George is a seasoned power plant engineer with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in power plant management, operations, and maintenance. His career spans key roles in some of Ghana’s most significant power infrastructure projects and operational facilities.
Since 2001, George has held progressive leadership positions with Taqa Generating International Operating Company (formerly CMS International Operating Company), where he rose to become Operations and Technical Manager and ultimately the first Ghanaian Plant General Manager for the Takoradi International Company (TICo) Project in Ghana’s Western Region.
George played a pivotal role as Project Development Manager for the 1300MW LNG Thermal Power Plant in Prampram and possesses deep practical and operational knowledge of Ghana’s generation assets and electrical transmission systems.
He joined GTS Engineering Limited as Plant Manager, and in 2022, following the end of the O&M contract between CENIT Energy Limited and GTS Engineering Services, George was fully integrated into CENIT Energy Limited, continuing as Plant Manager. Prior to this, he also served as a Consultant and Technical Advisor to CENIT during the construction phase of the power plant, contributing his expertise in LTSA, O&M, SSA, ICA, and PPA contracts.
Earlier in his career, George worked as a Senior Site Supervisor for the ERGGS Consortium on the national rural electrification project in Brong Ahafo (1998–1999), as a Supervising Engineer for ABB Ghana Ltd. on Electricity Company of Ghana projects in the Western Region (1997–1999), and undertook intensive engineering training with ECG (1994–1996). He also served as a Team Leader for the Volta River Authority on a nationwide energy conservation campaign from 1993 to 1994.
George holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Richmond’s University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Finance and Accounting from the University of Liverpool.
