Samuel Ato Hagan

Board Chairman

Samuel Ato Hagan is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in aviation, inspection services, and financial management. He currently serves as Managing Director of Pisces Aviation Limited (Passion Air), where he previously held the role of Financial Controller. Under his leadership, the company transitioned from initial losses to profitability, becoming the leading domestic airline in Ghana. He successfully navigated the business through the COVID-19 pandemic, retaining staff and managing financial obligations with resilience and strategic negotiation.

Prior to his aviation career, Samuel held senior finance roles at Inspection and Control Services, including Deputy General Manager – Finance & Admin and Finance Manager. His accomplishments include effective union negotiations, tax savings, and accurate financial reporting. He also liaised with banks, managed cash cycles, and prepared statutory accounts for audits. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with a B.A. in Economics & History.

Samuel’s career reflects strong financial stewardship, strategic leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence across diverse industries.

Benjamin Mensah

Director

Benjamin Mensah is a seasoned banking executive with over 25 years of experience across multinational institutions and diverse geographies. He currently serves as Head of Private Bank for Africa Regions at Standard Bank Group, where he leads the strategic growth and delivery of private banking services across 14 countries.

Throughout his career, Benjamin has pioneered several transformative initiatives, including the launch of Wealth & Investment units, Priority Banking, and award-winning digital solutions. His leadership has consistently driven innovation, client-centric value propositions, and business growth, earning accolades such as Best Private Bank in Ghana (2017, 2020, 2023) and Best Bank in the Ghana Customer Service Index Awards (2022).

Benjamin has held key roles in both Standard Chartered and Stanbic Bank, including Head of Wealth for West Africa and Head of Personal & Private Banking in Ghana. He is recognized for his strategic acumen, product development expertise, and ability to lead high-performing teams through complex transformations.

He holds an Executive MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Ghana, along with international certifications in investment and capital markets from the UK. His global exposure includes professional stints in South Africa, the UK, and the UAE.

Mrs. Dzifa Nagali-Koray

Director

Dzifa Nagali-Koray is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, finance, and business leadership across Africa. She currently serves as CEO of Corporate Effects Ltd, where she leads strategic planning, business development, and customer relationship management. Her leadership is marked by innovation, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of B2B environments.

Previously, Dzifa held senior roles at Shell Oil Products Africa (SOPAF), including Regional Process & Standard Manager and Operational Excellence Manager, where she drove performance improvements, implemented quality assurance systems, and developed tools for KPI tracking across multiple countries. Her work significantly enhanced service delivery and operational efficiency.

Dzifa’s career also includes impactful roles at Shell Ghana Limited and Africa Online Ghana Limited, where she centralized customer data, improved service processes, and led training initiatives. She holds a Professional Graduate Diploma in Marketing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice.

She is a member of the Institute of Customer Care, USA, and an associate member of the School of Marketing, Ghana. Dzifa’s expertise spans project management, change transformation, customer value strategy, and leadership development.

Chester Avenorgbo

Director

Chester Avenorgbo is a seasoned banker, trained communicator, and proud Achimotan with over two decades of experience in Ghana’s financial and corporate sectors. He holds a strong academic foundation with degrees in Business Administration and Marketing, complemented by professional training in financial management and planning. His career spans leadership roles at SSNIT, CDF Energy LTD, First Atlantic Bank, and Agricultural Development Bank, where he consistently delivered transformative results—including turning around underperforming branches and driving exponential growth.

Chester’s expertise extends beyond banking into mining, construction, and related industries, making him a versatile and strategic business leader. He is also an entrepreneur and passionate change agent, committed to innovation and excellence in every endeavour.

Outside of work, Chester is family-oriented, a plant and dog lover, and has a special affection for big engines—reflecting his dynamic personality and broad interests.

Edwin Letsa Korblatsey Kpedor Esq.

Director

Edwin Kpedor is a distinguished lawyer, chartered marketer, and business strategist with over a decade of experience in law, marketing, and business development. He has worked in fast-paced, performance-driven organizations, developing strong capabilities in customer service, strategic planning, and relationship management.

Edwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana, an MSc in Global Marketing Practice from Anglia Ruskin University (UK), and an LLB from the University of London. He is a qualified lawyer, called to the Ghana Bar, and holds an LL.M. in Natural Resource Law from the University of Ghana.

He is the Managing Partner of Edfields Attorneys, a modern Ghanaian law firm specializing in Natural Resource Law, including Oil & Gas and Environmental Law. Edwin also serves as National Secretary of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG), and is a Chartered Marketer with CIM-UK. His early career included strategic roles at Sahara Group, where he helped shape business strategies for energy subsidiaries.

Edwin’s unique blend of legal and marketing expertise positions him as a strategic advisor and thought leader, driving innovation and growth in Ghana’s legal and business sectors.

Mr. Victor Onoja

Chief Executive Officer

Ugbedeojo Victor Onoja is a seasoned executive and technical leader with over 15 years of experience in the development, construction, operation, and management of large-scale power infrastructure projects across West Africa. With a proven track record of overseeing Independent Power Plants (IPPs) valued between $150 million and $300 million, Victor brings deep expertise in engineering, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of CENIT Energy Limited in Accra, Ghana, Victor leads the company’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment with board objectives while driving performance, innovation, and sustainable growth. Prior to this role, he held key technical leadership positions within CENIT, including Technical Director and Technical Manager, where he spearheaded the conversion of open-cycle gas turbines to a combined cycle plant and managed all technical and commercial operations of the company’s power assets.

Victor’s earlier roles include Project Manager at GTG Energy Limited, where he oversaw the design and commissioning of the 126 MW Tema CENIT Thermal Power Plant, and Service Manager at Turbine Power Systems, providing technical leadership for GE Frame 9E turbine installations across Nigeria.

He began his career as a Project Engineer (I&C) with Shandong Electric Power Construction Corporation, contributing to the development of a 750MW Combined Cycle Power Plant in Ogun State, Nigeria.

Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University and is a Registered Engineer with COREN and a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE). His professional development includes certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt & Black Belt), Electricity Economics, IPP Financial Analysis, and Executive Leadership Programs from globally recognized institutions.

With a passion for energy transformation and infrastructure development, Victor continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of power generation in West Africa.

Bridget Atta-Konadu Esq.

Company Secretary/Legal Manager

Bridget Atta-Konadu is a highly skilled legal professional with over a decade of experience in corporate and commercial law, energy law, and company secretarial practice. She currently serves as Company Secretary and Legal Manager at CENIT Energy Limited, where she leads legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and governance for complex energy infrastructure projects.

Her expertise spans EPC contracts, project finance, labour law, and intellectual property. She has successfully negotiated and reviewed contracts for projects exceeding US$39 million, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and advised on land leases, employment law, and statutory obligations. Bridget also manages board documentation and ensures corporate compliance.

She holds an LLM in Energy and Environmental Law from the University of Aberdeen, alongside legal qualifications from the Ghana School of Law and the University of Ghana. Her professional development includes training in PPP Contracts, Project Management, and Power Purchase Agreements.

Bridget is passionate about mentorship and social impact, actively contributing to initiatives supporting street children and young professionals. She is fluent in English, conversant in French, and known for her leadership, proactiveness, and strong oratory skills.
