Management

Mr. Victor Onoja –  Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Victor Onoja was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CENIT Energy in March 2020 after acting in this role for 2 years. Victor joined CENIT Energy in 2012 as Technical Director, having previously managed the construction of the CENIT Plant.

Victor is an engineer with experience in power plant construction and management. He has worked in various operational, commercial and management roles with Shandong Electric Power Construction Corporation (SEPCO III), GTG Energy and Mechano SPM.

Victor also worked on the National Integrated Power Project (NIPP) and the privatization process of all government-owned power plants in Nigeria as a consultant. These projects were geared towards the provision of sustainable energy for Nigeria and other West African countries.

Victor is a Charted Engineer and Six Sigma professional. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical and Electronic.

 

Mrs Vivian Osei-Tutu – Financial Controller

Vivian A. Osei-Tutu is the Financial Controller of CENIT Energy Limited and has been with the company since March 2013. She has varied experiences spanning over 12 years in accounting.  Prior to her current position, she was the Financial Accountant at CENIT Energy.

Ms Vivian joined CENIT from Ghantrex Ghana Limited, a subsidiary of Aviance Ghana Limited,  as the Admin/Finance Manager, she was the team lead in setting up the Administration and Finance Department since Ghantrex was the local clearing wing of the parent Aviance Ghana.

She also worked with Ben-Ackerson and Associates (Chartered Accountant) auditing different industries from Manufacturing, logistics, hospitality and real – estates. Ms Vivian joined Ben-Ackerson and Associates from Japan Motors and Trading Company.

Vivian Abena Osei-Tutu is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).  She has an Executive Masters in Business Administration, Finance option from the University of Ghana Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, London.

 

Mr Albert N. Ayirebi-Acquah – Commercial Manager

Mr. Albert N. Ayirebi-Acquah (ACCA) is the head of the Commercial function of CENIT Energy Ltd with responsibility for Power Sales, Procurement, Business Strategy and Planning, Enterprise Risk, Regulatory/External Affairs and Business Development. He joined CENIT Energy Ltd in March 2015 as Business Performance Manager. Prior to this appointment, he was Financial Accountant for CENIT Investment Ltd, the investment holding company of CENIT Energy Ltd.

Albert began his professional career in 2005 as a Graduate Management Trainee with Unilever Ghana Ltd, a global Consumer Goods company. In his seven-year long career with Unilever, he had various stints across the entire business which spanned Marketing, Logistics, Production and Distribution Management before settling in his professional specialization of Finance and Accounting: Albert was Management Accountant for Unilever’s Personal Care and Foods Categories where as a member of the business team he helped grow the market share and margins of some of the company’s key brands such as Lifebuoy, Pepsodent, Lipton and Blue Band. His last role was as Head of Internal Audit before joining CENIT Investment Ltd in 2013.

Albert graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with a BSc. Physics (Hons) degree in 2004 and is also a Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).

 

Ms Kate Arhin – Human Resource Manager

 Ms Kate Arhin, is a Human Resource Practitioner by profession. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD – UK) and also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Practitioners Ghana (IHRMP). She holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from University of Ghana Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from Central University College.

Ms Arhin is the Human Resource Manager at CENIT Energy Limited and has been with the company since March 2013. Before joining CENIT Energy, Ms Arhin worked with Fidelity Bank (Ghana) Limited as a Human Resource Officer and also a Direct Sales Administrator from November 2006 – February 2013. She also worked at AngloGold Ashanti (Gold House) with the Company Secretarial department between 2005 and 2006.
